QUALIFICATIONS:
Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in IT or any Computer related course
With at least 2 years of experience in Onsite/Desktop support
With knowledge in MAC is a plus
Onsite Work Setup
Rotational shift - Quarterly (Monday to Friday) - day, mid and nightshift
Target start date: March
RESPONSIBILITIES:
May require negotiation to achieve coordination with user and possible next level support
Perform 2nd level of technical troubleshooting and support
Perform, facilitate and/or assists end-users in resolution of the ticket and request
Advice Help Desk for third-level technical support upon determination and isolation
Support compliance remediation using the agreed procedure
Recommends improvements to established procedures and processes
Close incident/request records with customer agreement
On-site Support provides assistance to the end user beyond that provided by the Helpdesk. The requests are invoked from the Helpdesk when Level 1 support functions cannot address the incident/request.
