Jobs and Responsibilities: Be aware of company objectives, respect them and act on them Steer and motivate people to implement the company's strategy and values Guarantee that the team members are following company policies and guidelines Ensure that work and team environment provide a stimulating atmosphere that generates high levels of engagement in its members Allocate work in order to develop individual team members' skills and potential and ensure individualized career development plans for each direct report. Communicate all important company or business information to the team members Define objectives along with the Management and team members and monitor their performance by conducting or participating to performance evaluations Ensure succession planning within the department Complete the team's appraisals Participate in the recruitment of new employees and contribute to the retention strategy of the company Be responsible for the development of the NGA-IP department and to the ongoing process of improvement Spearhead initiating communications within NGA parties regarding cross tower functionalities and procedural clarity
Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of ABAP experience Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML. Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR application, processes and services Commitment to the customer and the company Motivated to achieve excellence Orientation to the process of continued improvement The ability to explain technical information in a clear and simpler manner Excellent negotiation skills A strong understanding of the business Team working and team management experience Good project management skills Ability to adequately assess the commitments acquired and set priorities Ability to work in a changing environment Excellent organization and problem-solving skills Ability to work with minimum supervision Motivation and desire for improvement Ability to work with teams in different locations
