Best Teacher offers an English teaching service for Japanese students. As a member of our team, teachers have the opportunity to help students become better English speakers.

Lesson Flow
1. The student picks a topic that they want to talk about.
2. The writing teacher replies to what the student writes.
3. The student and teacher reply to each other up to 5 times, and then a correction teacher corrects the student's writing.
4. The student reviews the correction.
5.The student books a speaking lesson and uses the corrected script.

The teaching positions available are as follows:
-Writing teacher: through written responses, helps students build fluency through conversation
-Correction teacher: provides corrections and suggestions to students and teachers after the writing lesson
-Speaking teacher: conducts online lessons with students

Salary
All payouts are handled through PayPal
10 yen per reply (Writing lesson)
40 yen per for each pair of replies (Correction)
340 yen per 25 minute speaking lesson (Speaking lesson)
*A valid PayPal account is necessary to receive payment as we do not handle any other alternate payment methods.
*Payment amount varies depending on the number of lessons provided.
*We have bonus incentives as well!

Note
The following tools are required and must be prepared by yourself:
A stable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for video calls
A Windows or Mac PC
A headset

Requirements:
Formal English teaching experience (paid or unpaid)
High school graduate or above
18 years of age or older
Thorough knowledge of English grammar
Proficiency in using computers and online tools

Preferred Qualifications (at least one required):
Bachelor's degree or higher in English
Licensed English teacher in your country (Early Childhood Education and above)
English teaching certification (CELTA/DELTA/TESOL/TEFL/TESL)

Proficiency in Japanese or experience in English exam preparation is advantageous!
(English examinations include IELTS, TOEFL, EIKEN, TOEIC SW, and VERSANT)
