General Manager/Head- Sales - LED - Project Sales. ( PAN India ) and Preferably for joining in May,2024.

This Organisation is known for its High quality Products, excellent service and State of the art manufacturing facilities for its Domestic and International Customers.

Job Designation: SALES HEAD- LED DIVISION

Job Description:

-Active participation in finalization of major orders.
-Developing and monitoring PAN India Sales team.
-Channel appointment in major markets.
-Key Account Management (KAM).
-Approving Companys brand in Government Departments and Preferably Handling
Large and Major Project Sales.
-Responsible for all India Sales, Collection and Customer Management.

Job Specification:

-Electrical Engineering / MBA with Technical knowledge and Experience in the domain of Marketing and Sales(LED Companies).

-12 years in Lighting Industry and at least 6 years in one of the top 5 lighting companies.

-Good communication skills, presentable, managerial and interpersonal skills which enables him to maintain the client relationship in business.

-Should have broad concept in marketing and sales of LED.

Skills:

-Must have worked in at least 2 regions as regional/branch sales head, and must have worked as Product Head Pan India, or, Sales Head Pan India or, Marketing Head Pan India for at least 4 years.

Experience: 18-20 Years.

Age Desired is between 36 to 46 Years.

Remuneration: Up to Rs 25-35 LPA.

Job Location: Delhi and NCR.
