Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plans and documentation including project charters, scopes, objectives, budgets and procedures Achieve project objectives within budget and schedule for technical projects ranging up to $1 million Provide project tracking and oversight by collecting, analyzing and reporting on project metrics Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans Manage vendor relationships and their deliverable expectations and deadlines Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field preferred At least 3-5 years of project management experience required Ability to lead projects from inception to close Hands on technical experience with software development life cycles, database/data warehouse. applications, Internet-related applications and web technologies Strong knowledge of budget tracking, resource allocation, and people management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Independent, innovative thinker and self-starter, this person enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to successfully run $250K - $1 million projects from end-to-end including planning, budgeting and execution
