We are looking for a
Business Development Support Analyst
to join our MMB Business.

The role of the Business Development Support is to research and nurture new prospects in order to generate qualified leads for the business, with an ultimate aim to drive new business opportunity and increased revenue. Additionally, you will provide general marketing, proposition and sales support whilst ensuring that Mercerforce data is accurately maintained for prospecting activity. Alongside this you will be working to fast track your skills and abilities with your manager and mentors.

We can offer hybrid working for this role, with 3 days in the office and 2 spent working remotely.


What can you expect?

In your first year in the role in our Digital Sales Team, youll assist senior level colleagues on various aspects of the sales process in various industries to gain practical knowledge and experience.
In future years you will develop into a sales professional with a progressive compensation structure and bonus plan

We will count on you to:

As a Business Development Support, you will undertake research to identify target prospects and gain an understanding of business challenges, industry sector and key contacts
Project Managing sales campaigns and initiatives driving activity and ensuring that project deadlines are met
Developing and maintaining a prospect list to build ongoing relationships with prospective clients
Supporting Sales Professionals (all client sizes) with client work
Shadowing the team and learn from them as mentors


What you need to have:

Intellectual curiosity: seeking opportunities to learn and develop new skills quickly
Comfortable with marketing, meetings, sales, round tables, events, etc.
The drive to deliver sales and growth for MMB
Strong relationship management skills
An aptitude for project management, data analysis and presentation design
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
