At Kantar Worldpanel we are passionate about using data to understand how and where people shop, and we are constantly evolving our services to uncover new insights. Panel members sign up to our panels and provide us with a wealth of information about their shopping. In return, they earn points which can be exchanged for a range of vouchers.

Our fast-growing Worldpanel Marketing team is in search for a
Digital Marketing Executive
to join the business and market our panels in the best possible way to encourage long-term panel membership.

This exciting new role will be responsible for implementing a panel members engagement, retention, and content strategy and support user acquisition. It will suit someone with a strong track record of delivering all aspects of consumer engagement within a large scale B2C environment.
You will be responsible for implementing digital strategy to drive growth and support strategic objectives. This is a hands-on role that will work closely with other members of a small marketing team, as well as senior partners in the UK and Ireland and global colleagues in the wider Kantar teams. We expect this role to expand quickly in its scope and remit, and there will be lots of opportunity to gain experience and work with teams outside of initial specs of the job.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Lead with delivering impactful
user acquisition & retention programmes.
Work with Panel Managers, Panel Communications team, and other colleagues to help position our panels favourably to existing and new panel members

Implement a content strategy
(link removed) This will involve auditing our existing activities and making recommendations on improvements to our current processes and important metrics.
Your responsibilities will include
crafting regular communications
, and producing engaging content for the
websites/app, email, and SMS.

You will build and deliver our
marketing campaigns,
ensuring outstanding campaign content (text, graphics, imagery, video, HTML).
Build
assets
or brief an external agency to create new
assets
to support the communication plans and acquisition strategy.
Develop content calendar and run social media channels.
Ensure the correct content is displayed on our
websites
, and the best experience is delivered to the user. Make
UX/UI
suggestions and drive their implementation. Use Google Analytics and other methods to analyse the performance data and get user
insights


Track performance metrics
for all marketing activities and report to the Marketing Lead, proposing actions for future improvement.
Conduct
competitor analysis
to help advise on the development of a new market-leading retention programme, implementing & monitoring it.
Support Marketing Lead in managing summer interns.

Key Capabilities & Experience:

Proven experience in a digital marketing role (preferably business-to-consumer).
Flexibility to combine creative marketing skills with analytical and reporting capabilities.
Analytical skills to interpret campaign results and present in an effective manner to team members.
Excellent
writing and copywriting
skills and ability to edit, proof and adapt messages and materials for various formats, channels, and audiences

Strong B2C marketing experience
with data focus and a growth and performance mentality.
Previous experience working with
content development
and delivery, will be helpful..
Excellent
Excel
and analytical skills for measuring digital performance. Be able to pull data from multiple channels, and analyse across data sets
Experience with Adobe suit (Photoshop, InDesign) is helpful.
Experience in coding
HTML
emails and familiarity with
CSS/JavaScript
is a plus
