The
Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator
will be responsible for system administration, data management and reporting on our Dynamics 365 CRM platform, working primarily with our sales teams. The CRM Administrator will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a knowledge base on known issues and processes, document the best practices for the internal admin team. The CRM Administrator will work closely with the internal development team to report bugs and will be required to promote and track adoption and streamline business processes.

We will rely on you to:

Incident management: Proactively monitor and manage the incident queue (ServiceNow) and complete tasks as per the SLA requirements with a focus on customer satisfaction
Understand companys policies, processes & data to ensure Dynamics 365 CRM is optimally configured.
Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues utilizing a variety of tools and reports.
Create and manage tables, fields, formulas, data validation rules, approval processes (business logic)
Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to identify best practices and opportunities to streamline procedures. Execute these ideas from start to finish.
Create documentations as required and create and maintain a knowledge base of known issues
Stay informed regarding new Dynamics 365 features, technologies and best practices.
Data management i.e. bulk insert, update, delete and export data using XRM toolbox & configuration tool.
Reporting i.e. Create and customize reports & dashboards.
Work with integration teams to Integrate Dynamics 365 with other internal business systems


What you need to have:

3-5 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
D365 Fundamentals: Sales Functional Consultant (
MB-210
) or
PL100 / PL200
cerifications preferred
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools.
Excellent analytical, communication (verbal & written) and inter-personal skills.
Proactive and result oriented person
Team player
Willing to work in shifts
