Job title:
The
Graduate Development Program (GDP)


is our company traineeship that
develops high potential talent into future leaders
(link removed) It is an integral part of our Talent Strategy and enables us to infuse early career talent and generational diversity into our workforce.

As a two-year traineeship, the GDP consists of
two 12-month local assignments across businesses and/or functions
(link removed) The program targets early career talent with less than two years of experience after graduation.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Final year students or bachelors degree with a Minimum GPA 3.0.
Leadership experience in Extra Co-curricular Activities or Projects.
Logical problem solver who can work independently and strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
Fluent English required in addition to local language & proficient in Microsoft Office.
