A health system in North Carolina is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join their team of mission-driven providers.

Schedule:

• 24-hour call shifts
  
  
  
  • blocks of 7 shifts preferred
  
  
• 15:00 - 15:00 Monday to Monday
• 3/18/24 at 1500 – 3/25/24 at 1500
• 5/13/24 at 1500 – 5/27/24 at 1500
• 6/17/24 at 1500 - 6/24/24 at 1500
• 7/8/24 at 1500 – 7/15/24 at 1500
• 7/29/24 at 1500 – 8/7/24 at 1500
• 9/23/24 at 1500 – 9/30/24 at 1500

Practice Setting:

• 114-bed hospital
• 12-15 ppd
• Approx. 150 surgical cases per month plus 100 endoscopy cases
• 2 main operating rooms, an Endo suite with 3 rooms, and C-section OR
• Avg admissions/day: 8
• Avg admissions/night: 6

Cases and Procedures:

• Must be able to start surgery within 30 minutes of call back
• Shared epidural call with 3 CRNAs
• Required to serve as backup in ER & ICU (called for difficult intubations & spinals)
• General surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, pain management, OB/GYN, dental peds are the procedures performed
