Equity Staffing is searching for several Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representatives. This position is with a Fortune 500 organization. *** Position is 100% Remote in EST or CST ***

Specific Duties:

Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers (i.e., physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance the provider needs (EG., benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)
Answer incoming phone calls from Members (i.e., Group Employees, Individual Sales) and identify the type of assistance they needed (EG., benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)
Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the issue's status, and responding appropriately to the caller.
Must have qualifications/experience:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
1+ year of Experience in a fast-paced related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools.
2+ years of Experience in Customer Service in a Call Center setting. Familiarity with KPIs and their impact on a team. (i.e., Average Handle Time, Adherence to scheduling, Average Speed of Answer, etc).
Prior healthcare experience
Prior healthcare Call Center Experience.
Must be bi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish
Prior Experience working from home.
Medical Terminology Knowledge
Experience working in a fast paced team environment

Strong Organizational Skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Strong computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools.

REMOTE/ONSITE: Remote in EST or CST

Shift Start/End Time: Must be open to work anytime throughout hours of operation from Monday through Friday, 8 am-9 pm est.

Dress Code: This role is work from home but will have occasional Video meetings. Business professional attire is preferred.
