Job Description Hiring "Chief Technology Officer" for a leading MNC Payment Services client in Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities : Responsible to prepare and manage end to end Technology Roadmap. Architecting complete solutions which would involve interchange interfaces, security modules, customer engagement solution, enhancing monitoring solution & project management. Work with Product, Network and Operations Management teams to resolve day-to-day issues. Developing the best practices, policies & procedures. IT security, compliance & and security standards. Role will involve budget preparation and definition of IT costs. Managing stakeholders and helping to drive organizational strategy with the use of technology. Desired Profile Desired Profile : B.Tech / B.Tech with 12-15 years of leadership Technology experience in Payments / Credit Card Transaction Processing industry. experience. Implementation experience of payment product. Familiarity with Mobile based payments. Strong process and project management skills as the role will involve assisting Business Units to roll out programs of work.
