As an HR Business Partner youll have an opportunity to co-create a great place to work where people belong, have an impact, and take pride in the company we build together. Joining Signify as an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for leading the execution of the people agenda for the assigned business area in Central & South (Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Balkans and Adriatics) being an advisor, challenging and coaching local management team members on employee matters with an outside-in perspective. You will also champion a culture of a diverse and inclusive work environment.

What youll do
Drive and implement people strategy, translating strategic business objectives into an effective people plan Provide strategic HR advice to senior business stakeholders Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency & effectiveness and of key HR processes Drive headcount productivity and lead initiatives to improve people performance against strategic needs Lead talent management processes to support business strategy, partnering with the HR Center of Expertise for talent attraction, development, and retention Shape organizational development initiatives and change programs aligned with business objectives Comply with local employment policies and labor legislation, role model our culture and behaviors, and always act with integrity
Your qualifications
Masters degree ideally in a related field (HR, psychology, business management, etc.) 8+ years of relevant working experience in dealing with operational and strategic HR matters within an international context, in different business areas and geographies Excellent consulting and relationship management skills, with the demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with key senior stakeholders Planning, organizational, and project management skills, with experience in delivering on strategic organizational objectives within agreed timeframes Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions to complex organizational issues A can-do attitude and positive spirit
