Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Junior Analyst in Analytical Solutions Team



What can you expect?

Analytical Solutions Team (AST) is responsible for preparing customized statistical reports for Mercer clients ensuring the required standards of quality and timeliness. The Team supports Mercer clients and consultants across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

We will count on you to:

Prepare data analyses, customized reports in the area of compensation, benefits and global mobility for Mercer consultants and clients
Build and maintain Excel templates and tools, both internal and external
Participate in HR related projects ranging from compensation and benefits analyses, cost of living, quality of living analyses
Peer-review colleagues' analyses and reports
Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction
Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer consultants


What you need to have:

Min. 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
Good communication skills in English (level B2+ minimum)
Experience in Excel (pivots, vlookups, formulas) and strong general computer literacy
Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics, ability to navigate various data environments, close attention to details
Ability to interpret data, as well as present it in an understandable format for non-technical colleagues or clients
Ability to work well under time pressure in a fast-paced, flexible and remote environment


What makes you stand out:

Interest or experience in compensation, benefits or global mobility area
Knowledge of VBA, SQL or R
Degree in a relevant field, e.g. mathematics, economics, statistics, HR
For internal candidates - experience with Mercer GST, Mercer WIN or Mercer Mobility Exchange platform
