RequiredMBA/MSW/MHRM/PG Diploma HR Additional Qualifications RequiredNumber of Years Experience required Minimum 2years of experience in Plant HR & Admin function.Preferences Manufacturing IndustriesPrincipal Accountabilities & Responsibilities Must have good knowledge of Time Keeping Function in shift (process knowledge of attendance, overtime, on duty etc) Must have exposure in Contract labour management. Active participation for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping. Should have good knowledge of Contract management, Vendor management, Transport management, Canteen Management, Security Management, Scrap Management, Stationary Management ((Collecting requisition and order), Assist in accommodation for new joinee & their transportation Asset Management of site locations Liasoning and co-ordination with various departments. Must be ready to work in shift schedule. Day to day coordination with Driver forshift schedule and transportation. Should strictly follow the entry, exit process, change room process & discipline in the plant. Exposure in GMP & BSCI compliance will be preferred.Skills & Competencies Required Thorough knowledge of administration process at manufacturing plant Must worked in Manufacturing industries Excellent written and verbal communication Must have strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work on several administration assignments at one time.
