This is a06+ Monthscontract opportunity with long-term potential andis located inAtlanta, GA (OnsitePlease review the job description below and contact me ASAP ifyou are interestednbsp; Job ID: 23-37014 Pay Range: $35- $40/hournbsp; Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location Key Responsibilities: Researching, designing, and enabling a world class and seamless collaboration experience for our global colleagues which includes Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Team Rooms, Microsoft Teams Phone, Microsoft Intune (MDM), Microsoft Surface Hub, and global audio and video solutions across all regions. Coordinate vendor escalations by acting as a liaison between the vendors engineering resources and ClientIT. Improve the end user adoption and functionality of Collaboration technology across all regions by creating technical documentation for solutions and procedures. Maintain our proactive monitoring platforms such as Microsoft Teams Pro Management, Teams Admin, Logitech Sync and XIO cloud. Ensure global standards are adhered to in all regions, provide day-to-day support to the regions when adhering / switching to new global standards. Communicate with clear reporting on service level attainment, quality, efficiency, value, and health of services. Inspire trust and confidence with operational results and clear vision. Stay current on M365 capabilities and roadmap by regularly engaging with Microsoft, attending seminars, training, etc. Plan, set up and manage sandboxes and test environments for new solutions or features we want to POC or pilot for the organization. Be the escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by first and second level support teams. Work with Information Security, Enterprise Architecture and Communication teams to own approvals for new solutions and features. Build metrics dashboards to understand the collaboration and productivity tools usage patterns and behaviors.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: System engineering/administration of SaaS based collaboration platforms (Teams, Exchange, Intune, Teams Rooms Pro Portal) in a globally diverse medium to large scale enterprise. Proven success working in diverse IT project teams and partners providing real world solutions to business problems that achieve high adoption and colleague satisfaction scores. Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally. Excellent communication and reactionary/triage instincts Experience in risk management, oversight of quality assurance, and quality review processes. Able to provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise for our clients. Hands on experience in at least the last 3 years with: Enterprise video conferencing solutions (Microsoft 365 (Teams), Enterprise Audio/Visual technologies (conference room and integrations), Enterprise unified communications and telephony solutions. Degree: Bachelors degree in computer science or information Technology Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology. Experience in Enterprise Audio/Visual technologies (conference room and integrations) Experience in Enterprise unified communications and telephony solutions.
