UCI's Direct client is looking for Video Audio Technician with following qualification experience and long-term project inWilliam StreetNew York (link removed) Vendor Qualifications SupportChildstat at Training Centerand field offices. Install and troubleshootequipment for Childstat. Performsite surveysand diagnose problems formoves, adds,changesand repairs. Preparetechnical requirementsfor new systemsand systemupgrades. Oversee the installation andimplementationof new videoconferencingsystems and roomupgrades. Review user requirements developdetailed projectplans fornew system implementation,and attendmeetings as requested. Interfacewith Telecommunicationvendors toresolve issuesand for upgrades. Directstaff in basic system operationand troubleshootingof issues at remote locations. Coordinateuse of videoconferenceinfrastructureto connect multipleparties tovideo conferencesand supervisethe installationand troubleshootingof endpoints.Coordinateand liaise withACS staff and Desktop supporttechniciansto ensureall videoconferencerequests are met. Consultwith staffin developinginstructionaland operationalmaterials. Provideend user technical trainingon new andexisting systems. Communicateeffectively, orallyand in writingto management. Requiredto performfield work at any ACSlocation within the five boroughs ofNYC. PreferredSkills: Experience working in high level confidential settings. Ability to Multitask, excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently or within a group to resolve issues Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office. Hand-on operation and troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco, Tandberg Polycom.videoconferencing endpoints and Multipoint Control Units (MCU Experience in streaming systems such as Qumu, Crestron and AMX. Experience in Public Address systems. Experience in Recording systems such as Shure, Lectrosonics Wireless Microphones.
