Senior Data Analyst (REQ #R333) position available with Opala Health, Inc. in Seattle, Washington. Anticipated salary for the position: $111,000 - $151,000 per year; full-time

Responsibilities: Perform data analysis on various datasets to find any data issues, missing data and report to managers. Develop processes to test the data to ensure data quality and completeness. Manage day-to-day tasks using Agile methodology. Create reports and dashboards on Tableau platform for various departments in the organization. Build data quality, operations and metrics reports and dashboards. Build complex analytic visualizations around patient, payer, and provider data sets. Query and analyze data to provide insights, determine data quality issues and implement reporting around quality and consistency of data. Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization. Train end users on new reports and dashboards.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

The position also requires three (3) years of experience in job offered or in a data analyst-related occupation.

Professional experience must include: three (3) or more years of experience working as a data analyst; three (3) or more years of experience in dashboarding and reporting using tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI; Writing complex SQL queries and experience with complex and large data; and Working knowledge of data in a healthcare data management environment setting. ** May work remotely from home office.
