Your Role and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for estimating multiple projects with values ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 and more

• Ability to lead pursuits and review project estimates with management, preparing and maintaining bid packages and tender documents.
• Contacting subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely bid submissions and accurate quotations
• Performing accurate takeoffs for Heavy Civil (Site Services, Excavation & Concrete Quantities) manually and with the use of electronic estimating software.
• Attending site-visits if required.
• MUST have appropriate post-secondary education in construction estimation, engineering or other relevant field.
