First Children Services (FCS), a family-owned, family-operated organization, is actively seeking a passionate and dynamic Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and collaborate in our unique and varied services locations. At our STRIVE clinical setting, we provide diagnostic evaluations, followed with evidence-based therapeutic services and ABA while focusing on a happy, relaxed and engaged environment for our clients. Through behavioral parent training and outreach, we are providing full circle care. As an approved provider by the New Jersey Department of Education, FCS delivers comprehensive ABA, consultation, and mental health support services to local district public, private, and charter schools.

Position Overview:
Role: Full-Time BCBA
Location: Northern NJ (Roselle Park Area)
Primary Role:
Coordinate with the instructional treatment team
Provide consultation within schools, collaborating with administrators, child study team members, teachers, and other school personnel
Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings
Offer interactive therapeutic solutions to address maladaptive behaviors
Conduct behavior analysis to develop functional, individualized behavioral programs
Provide direct training and supervision to the clinical support team
Manage client data

Opportunities for Advancement
Requirements:
Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
Active BCBA Certification
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
Conduct functional Behavioral Assessments
Create programs and Behavior Intervention plans
Complete skill assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
