We are a highly established mortgage company hiring self-sufficient mortgage loan originators to market our unique loan programs and specialized services for the highest payout commission splits. Qualifications:
Must be licensed NMLS MLO.
Self-starter that is able to work remotely.
Must have Strong Phone Skills
Strong People Skills
Strong Sales Experience
Must follow all applicable mortgage loan originator license laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Marketing prospect new applicants, and realtors and interact with account reps, AMC, community, and sales agents, maintain relationships and inform clientele.
Help clients meet their financial goals and advise them throughout the process.
Identify needs, meet loan production goals, and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and speak with mortgage loan borrowers on the phone, advise, guide, and update them throughout the mortgage loan process.
Review financial information from all relevant parties.
Originate and evaluate mortgage loans according to company guidelines and standards.
Submit and monitor the status of applications.
