What you will be doing: Should know and be skilled in troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. Should be able to document, track and monitor client incidents in ticketing system to ensure a timely resolution (ServiceNow ticket. tool experience preferred) Should have a good understanding on what is a monitoring tool and should have experience working on a monitoring tool such as (Example: SolarWinds etc.) Should know to prioritize and escalate support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines. Should maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment. Should be able to communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. Role changes or any considerations are strictly based on performance as in line with organization policies and procedures. Should have high level of interpersonal skills. Should be willing to work in rotational schedules even if the schedule to work falls on a festival holiday. Follow and comply with DRE, client, organization processes and policies. What you bring: Minimum 3- 5years experience in working in IT organization(s IT Enterprise Customer facing communications & excellent coordination with internal engineering resources. CCNA is must Microsoft windows server certification is mandatory. Troubleshooting skills windows services, DNS, DHCP, FTP, NFS, Backups, OSI model, TCP/IP Networking components, Active Directory, LDAP. Excellent spoken and written communication. Knowledge of escalating issues in a timely manner. Should be willing to deliver excellent customer service in a 24X7X365 production environment Should be willing to work on a rotational week off pattern (i.e. Sat and Sun are not fixed week-offs) and should be willing to work on festival & National holidays which is mandatory Should have good knowledge on Server level troubleshooting and functionality. Should have basic troubleshooting skills on network.
