Job Description
General Manager Facility cum Operations
Operational
Overall management of Properties under Prop care operations in one or multiple cities Visiting / monitoring of sites on regular basis and instruct the respective Property Managers for any improvements Interacting with the Property Managers about the day to day operations and escalations if any on regular basis Adherence to timely closure of complaints to ensure Customer satisfaction and getting periodical feedback on the Customers RWAs for review of the performance Providing approval for any works / purchases with respect to the allocated Properties Appraising Head Prop care / Functional Head for any suggestions beyond his control
Financial:
Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly financial MIS Verification and approval of petty repair vouchers and Vendors / Service providers bills for process to ensure the financial expenses are within the approved budget limits
Vendor Management
Interacting with Vendors regularly to ensure uninterrupted services at Properties Ensure timely execution of Contract agreements with Vendors
