Your role:

Responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support monitoring tools.
Oversees problem identification, system architecture definition/specification and implementation.
Customer education, solution monitoring, and system restoration
Focus on Philips solutions with the aiming of customer success.

Alert resolution and ticket management.
Experience with PACS and RIS systems.
Technical Skills on OS (windows Server 2008-2019).
Basic networking understanding (VLAN, Load Balancer, Switches).
Basic knowledge on Database (SQL, Oracle)
