We are an internationally acting team within EMR&CM, part of the broader Enterprise Informatics organization, providing both support as well as consulting for various medical software products (Patient Data Management Systems). As such we work with internal and external customers (distributors/hospitals) alike. The team is the gateway between customers, markets, and development, remotely maintains solutions installed at customers and remotely supports new implementations done by technical consultants throughout Europe.
What you can expect
Your position will be one of a Remote Service Engineer which is part of a new team created to remotely support our IT-projects at our hospital customers throughout Europe in close collaboration with the local technical teams in the countries.
This team is a gateway between customers, remote/onsite engineers, and development.
Qualification, documentation, develop solutions and escalation of complex technical inquiries and problems from our international customers.
You communicate and coordinate the solutions and their implementations.
Technical installation and implementation of our software solutions as well as consulting and support for colleagues onsite
After extensive training you will create solutions under direct responsibility and as part of a larger team
After training you will have the possibility to work in an international environment and become part of EMR&CM within the new Enterprise Informatics group
You will be an active part in customer projects as well as internal product related projects.
You will work with local and international teams comprised of mainly Customer Project Managers, Application Consultants and Technical Consultants
What we will expect
HTL- / Bachelors degree or higher in (Medical) Informatics or similar
Advanced technical knowledge and experience in:
Windows Server
Windows SQL Server
SQL and stored procedures
Networking
Virtualization
Windows PowerShell and / or Batch scripting preferred
Experience in (medical) IT Support preferred.
HL7 / FHIR and similar
Medical device interfacing (optional)
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification preferred.
Advanced written communication and documentations skills
Customer first attitude
Structured and solution-oriented work methods also under time pressure
Work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experience.
Personal responsibility
Customer orientation
Good English skills necessary
