Compensation:
Base Salary between $255,000-$292,000
An estimated $120,000 in additional incentives inclusive of call play.

Schedule:
Full-time position with flexible scheduling options (4 days clinical/1 day admin on average)
Shared on-call duties
Call taken telephonically with the rare occasion to get called in (call is compensated)
Generous paid time off
Clinical focus on congenital cardiac care for operative procedures, cardiac cath lab and congenital cardiac for non-cardiac surgery. Additional general pediatric anesthesia opportunities as well.
