We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to our esteemed client's success by leveraging your expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes.

As a senior professional, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive projects that align with client objectives and regulations. Your insights will play a pivotal role in enhancing workflow efficiency and overall performance.

Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis using a variety of open source tools. Combine findings into presentations, workbooks to share and present to other team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with federal client objectives and regulations.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements, offering expert insights to drive improvements in workflow and overall performance.
Create comprehensive business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation to effectively communicate business needs to technical teams.
Assist technology partners with analysis to identify root cause of problems; assist in developing solutions; and drive action towards resolution.
Collaborate within an Agile team to contribute to project deliverables.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED plus an additional eight/ five years experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 8 years experience as a Business Analyst
Worked on low code no code open platform such as ServiceNow and OpenText
Experience heading a small team is a plus.
Clearable with a public trust.
U.S. citizenship is mandatory and physical location in the United States.
Proven experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Experience in Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Entry on Duty (EOD) preferred
Familiarity with DevSecOps principles preferred
Must be comfortable virtually presenting powerpoint briefings, findings, recommendations, etc. in a group setting.

SAFe Scrum Master
