Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join talented team where patients value the personalized care they receive at our clinics and in our hospital. They feel their providers know their health history and trust them to create a health plan that fits their individual needs.

Traditional practice model - see both inpatient and outpatient
4 outpatient days, 1 non-clinical to use as needed
If your patient is admitted to the hospital, you will continue to over see their care there
Schedule autonomy
Dedicated support staff
Shared call of 1:5 ($1000 per day - $73K annually)

Compensation & Benefits

Total annual compensation - $340K+, plus sign on - $60K
Year 2 bonus of $20K or wRVU production bonus, whichever is greater
37 days Paid Time Off
