Site & Construction Management Planning, Initiating, Executing & Monitoring Projects w.r.t. time, cost & quality including technical (engineering) and techno-commercial coordination Ensuring suitable deployment & timely availability of manpower (Contractor & Engineers) Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction Leading and motivating large teams of workers and professionals and handling allocation of tasks within teams based on skills profile Preparing brief estimation, B.O.Q., estimation of quantities of material, bills for payments & order of materials for Project
