Role Responsibilities
Leading onthe delivery of the Compliance monitoring program across multiple entities.
Providing 2ndline assurance to ensure the legal entities in the regionareoperatingin line with applicable regulations.
Support the development, implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and programs designed to minimize potential compliance risk for Western Union and its legal entities, within the established strategies of the Regulatory Compliance Office.
familiar with the regulatory environment, processes and controls having gained your experience in a risk or regulatory advisory role
Role Requirements
Experience in a similar compliance or risk role within a financialorganization
A Professional Diploma in Compliance from the ACOI (Association of Compliance Officers inIreland )
Understand regulatory issues within the financial services or the payments industry
Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications and have an analytical mindset.
