We Will Rely on You to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their risk and insurance needs.
Assist in developing custom solutions to address clients and/or clients accounts needs.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and add value to clients.
Work to ensure your portfolio are in good standing and address escalated issues or concerns in an effective manner to ensure operational excellence and relationship satisfaction.
Identify, analyse, and assess potential risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices within our field.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing insights and recommendations to help them make informed decisions.

What You Need to Have:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in insurance, preferably within a broker role.
Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What Makes You Stand Out:
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications within risk management.
Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.
Knowledge of industry-specific risk factors and regulations.
Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and exceeding client expectations.
Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to large and complex clients.
In-depth understanding of emerging risks and opportunities in the global marketplace.
