We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sr. Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.


You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective strategy.


The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Share market/ catchment and competition details

Screen potential franchise by analyzing investment requirements, potential of franchise, experience and vision

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

Meet with customers/ clients face to face or over the phone

Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and

improve the business

Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes

Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Prepare Sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Generate revenue through opening and developing franchise outlets across assigned regions

Ensure to achieve company's growth plan and objectives

Project review - coordination with project team on progress/ snags and handover of site on time

Requirements and skills

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Proven sales track record

Experience in customer support is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Proficiency in English and Regional language (not a must)

Market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills
