An Agra based Fintech with PAN India Presence , is hiring for Human Resource Manager for its Corporate Office at Agra

Mandatory to Have:

1. Post Graduation
2. 4+ years experience in HR
3. Should be from Agra or willing to shift to Agra
4. Work from Office Only

Expected Salary - Upto 6 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for strategizing and overseeing Talent acquisition process of interviewing, recruiting, and conducting employee on-boarding process.
2. Ensure to obtaining management approval for the Man power planning & budget based on the organization business plan.
3. Responsible for assessing employee satisfaction through a survey and takes appropriate action for improving the employee satisfaction.
4. Ensure to monitor all operational processes and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards pertaining to HR.
5. Ensure to maintain the existing welfare measures and implement innovative employee welfare schemes to boost employee morale and engagement.
6. Ensure proper administration of payroll processes, Employee benefits, in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
7. Continuously benchmark industry practices in relevant fields and provide recommendations.
8. Champion and articulate innovations and improvements pertaining to systems and processes related to the respective domain.
9. Enable team members and all employees to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews and setting clear KRAs and providing inputs for development.
10. Responsible for motivating and developing team members to effectively deliver their responsibilities and devise employee retention strategies.
