Responsibilities:
Picking Up Legacy Code and Updating/Fixing Errors
Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to Work Independently and in Team Settings
Three Years of Experience in PowerBuilder Application Development Roles
Testing and Debugging
Performing Upgrades/Enhancements
Identifying and Remedying Application Security Issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in PowerBuilder application development roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (DBMS), such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
Experience with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in team settings.
Knowledge of application security principles and best practices.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is a plus
