As a Team Leader in the Advertising Technologies industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our advertising technology team. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and guiding a group of skilled professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities :-

Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of [8] years of sales
management experience & [6] years experience in Team Handling.
Required Age 27 Above.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth Knowledge of the [Banking, Financial services,
Insurance, Travel & Tourism, Real Estate, Education, ECommerce, Auto- Mobile, Gaming, Entertainment, Sports,
Food & Beverages, NGO] market and WellGrow Technologies'
products and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of The Industries [Banking, Financial, Insurance, Telecom, Fintech, Any Sale's Industry]
