Job Description
Overall purpose of the Job
To recruit, train & create high performing FCs to achieve sales targets. Should be from Insurance background. Preferably should have taken promotion in previous insurance organization.
Key Performance Areas
FC Recruitment
- Identification of potential FCs as per the company norms
- Arranging 50 hrs training towards FC licensing
- Coordinating with the agency team for procuring the FC license
- (Recruit minimum expected number of FCs within three months of joining)

FC Performance Management

- Conducting periodic performance Reviews
- Be a coach and guide for FC in sales calls
- Guide the FC in prospecting new customers
FC Training
- Organizing periodic FC training on Products and DISHA
- Conducting training programs for FC to build and enhance their knowledge on Insurance sector and competition
Achieving Sales Target
- Achieving sales target by direct sales during the initial first three months
- Organizing worksites
- Conducting Customer and HNI meets
- Participating in national/zonal/regional Sales Contests
- Focus on business persistency/ Control Lapsation
- (Achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of Financial Consultants)
