Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Market Research Analyst to join our B2B IT Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting market research on specific technology/industry practices, leveraging various online free and paid social channels, data sources, and analytical tools to identify intent data and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of B2B IT sales and marketing strategies, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on specific technology/industry practices, identifying trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Utilize various online free and paid social channels, data sources, and analytical tools to gather intent data and identify potential MQLs and SQLs for our B2B IT sales and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to define target audience profiles and customer personas for effective lead generation. Develop and execute strategies to capture and analyze intent data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize lead generation efforts. Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track and measure the success of lead generation initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market research findings to support sales and marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B IT sales and marketing to ensure competitive advantage. Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop dashboards and reports that provide key metrics and insights on lead generation performance. Continuously evaluate and enhance lead generation processes, incorporating new data sources and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
