As a FP&A Senior Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving financial planning and strategic decision-making within our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:


What youll be doing


Development and Execution of Financial Plans
: Lead the development and execution of the revenue plan, workforce plan, and capital plan in collaboration with various business teams. Your insights will contribute to the overall financial health and success of our organization.

Collaborative Forecasting:
Work closely with business units to create a comprehensive forecast, providing timely insights to address performance shortfalls or capitalise on emerging opportunities. Your analytical skills will be pivotal in shaping our business strategy.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor and analyse plan vs. forecast performance, offering valuable financial insights. Collaborate with the Business Partnering team for consistent and rigorous financial modelling and commercial analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Management Accounts Review:
Review monthly management accounts and country/division reporting packs, ensuring precision in financial reporting. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity.

Cashflow Forecasting:
Prepare and review cashflow forecasts, leading reviews with Group Treasury and other relevant teams, including Genpact. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring our financial stability and liquidity.

Variance Analysis and Improvement Opportunities:
Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, contributing to our commitment to continuous enhancement and efficiency.

Collaboration with Business Partners:
Collaborate with Business Partners to identify and assess opportunities for process improvements and corrective actions. Your proactive approach will contribute to the overall optimization of our financial processes.


The skills & experience needed as FP&A Senior Analyst

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience in a similar role within a Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Power Query preferred).
A high level of accuracy in handling financial and statistical data.
The ability to extract meaningful insights from detailed data for management attention.
Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods, such as the end of financial periods.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
