1. On-board new Developer relationships and forge alliances for the above services
2. Monitor New Project Launches amongst the developer relationships, which are managed, by one, and initiate associations if launch is deemed suitable for the sales team
3. Monitor Upcoming Possessions amongst the relationships, which are managed, and initiate suitable services alliances
