• Take instructions and ideas from management and propose new Menu Items
• Prepare Marinations, mise-en-place and set up all stock stations
• Cook and prepare all types of kebabs, starters, hot plate bread
• Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
• Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
• Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.
• Storage of raw materials and ingredients appropriately
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure the standards
• Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor the performance of assistant cooks and the entire kitchen
