Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, Cambridge, MA. Program Analyst, International Initiatives. Conceptualize, conduct, and improve the global impact of Lincoln Institute’s programmatic strategies in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region, with a primary focus on advancing the Institute’s goal of Fiscally Healthy Communities and Regions. Work with cross disciplinary teams to address urban development challenges regarding fiscal policy, infrastructure and affordable housing provision, spatial inequality, informal land markets, and climate change. Engage new audiences from Latin America by developing multi-media assets and leading presentations that expand the delivery and dissemination of institute-wide strategic messages related to fiscal health and land-based financing. Support the Institute’s learning design team with the implementation of instructional design efforts and the development of innovative pedagogical products that require project management and urban planning expertise, and which are targeted for Spanish speaking audiences. Design programs that involve internal and external partners, independent and collaborative research, publications, seminars, webinars, conferences, roundtables, and other means of engagement and communication on land policy issues designed for international audiences, with an emphasis on Latin America. 10% domestic and international travel in Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region is required to attend and present at meetings, seminars and conferences.


Master’s degree in Urban Planning or related and post-secondary coursework in Finance, Economics, Probability and Statistics, Regression Analysis, Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Project Feasibility. Experience using GIS. 3 years of experience as a Program Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager or related, working with stakeholders in the Latin American or the Caribbean region to manage program or project completion. Experience can be concurrent. Professional fluency in Spanish required to present seminars, conferences, roundtables, and other oral and written engagement to the Latin American community and to develop program collateral and pedagogical products for Spanish speaking people.
