PayPal, Inc. seeks Product Manager 2 - Technical in San Jose, CA

Job Duties: Drive Product Execution for Data, Analytics, and Intelligence Solutions (DAiS) Platform. Inspire, collaborate, and communicate across all levels of the organization with your product vision and customer passion. Develop and manage the product roadmaps to provide consistent execution of the product lifecycle while evaluating the progress and ensure resolution of customer problems in other domains. Transform customer/consumer data and best practices to drive conversations and decisions. Identify and drive opportunities for improvement and growth based on customer experience and feedback to ensure the highest quality experience. Define, analyze, and manage the performance metrics to understand the product’s success and health. Define the product and customer experience with high quality requirements and user stories. Write clear, detailed, and thorough specifications and user stories for complex features, functionality, and products.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field plus three years of experience in Big Data Platform

Special Skill Requirements:

1. Analyze data to build software platforms and solve data problems using pandas and notebooks.
2. Data visualization and reporting for leadership and stakeholders,
3. Understanding of big data platforms and data solutions to prioritize and drive execution with engineering teams,
4. Knowledge of software development and quality assurance to build high-quality software features,
5. Experience with synthesizing various technical and business requirements into an actionable plan for engineering execution,
6. Understanding of data platforms to build scalable and economic platforms.

Base Salary: Base Salary: $131,144-147,400 per annum.
