Job Title: Social Media Handler
Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Handler to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms. The Social Media Handler will play a crucial role in developing engaging content, fostering community interaction, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop creative and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and marketing objectives. Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and positive manner. Foster community interaction by initiating conversations, polls, and other engaging activities. Strategic Planning:
Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement. Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to social media management. Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and offer insights for continuous improvement. Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns across various channels. Brand Advocacy:
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand's reach. Nurture relationships with existing advocates and encourage user-generated content. Adherence to Brand Guidelines:
Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice. Collaborate with the design team for visually appealing and on-brand graphics. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Handler or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
