Prepare/maintain product backlog in JIRA, prioritize work for the team, define and revise working agreements with team including definition of ready and done, set work in progress limits and track, develop tactical vs strategic solutions based on requirements, come up with minimum viable product (MVP) and team processes. Engage with Agile release train (ART), support Product Manager and Release train engineer in preparation for Program Increment (PI), plan iterations, execute plan with team to deliver agreed upon goals in iterations and a 10-week PI. Resolve team dependencies and story dependencies using JIRA, coach team on Scale Agile Framework and Extreme programing (XP) practices, and help team implement Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) pipeline by coaching them on best practices and service virtualization/automation. Work with DevOps team to automate deployments and unit testing, participate in Scrum of Scrums, conduct System and Sprint demos, daily refinement, story grooming and team retros. Facilitate and coordinate requirements gathering sessions and work with business stakeholders from various strategic areas of the company. Design and develop software product/technology migration strategy as part of application maintenance. Perform impact analysis on all impacted applications. Engage with development teams to convert the functional requirements into technical requirements and design a robust, scalable solution. Partial virtual / work from home benefit available.

Requires a Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of IT experience (or a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: developing applications and conducting data analysis for the healthcare domain using technologies including IBM Mainframe, DB2, TOAD, SQL Developer, QMF, and JBoss EAP / Openshift servers; Choice Fund Products; Scaled Agile Framework; project management using Jira; and, developing application integrations using IBM Integration Bus, IBM Message Queues, and Kafka.
