Cabinet Maker Assistant: Russellville, Alabama and Florence, Alabama

Do you enjoy working with your hands and supporting skilled craftspeople? Are you detail-oriented and eager to learn new skills? We're seeking a reliable and motivated assistant. Must be able to commute to Russellville, Alabama

Responsibilities:

Assist cabinetmakers with cutting, sanding, assembling, and finishing wood components.
Organize and maintain workshop materials and tools.
Prepare glue, stain, and other finishing materials.
Operate basic woodworking machinery under supervision.
Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring safety and organization.
Help with deliveries and installations (optional).

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Good physical condition and ability to lift moderate weight.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Prior woodworking experience a plus.
