TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking fluent English-speaking individuals to join our team as customer service representatives in our Bacolod location. You have the option to start in either March or April 2024.

If you meet the qualifications, please expect an over-the-phone interview within 24-72 business hours. In case you miss the call, you will receive a follow-up text and email.

The one-day hiring process comes after the call.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

Minimum age of 18 years.

High school diploma or completion of senior high school.

College completion or graduation is advantageous.

Prior call center experience is not mandatory, but at least 6 months of BPO experience through the Alternative Learning System (ALS) will be considered.

Willingness to work on-site during the graveyard shift and on a shifting schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

As a customer service representative, your main responsibility will be assisting customers by addressing their needs and concerns while providing appropriate solutions. This will involve following company and client policies and processes, understanding customer requirements, clarifying information, and delivering accurate solutions. Building rapport with customers and going the extra mile to engage them will be crucial. You will also be responsible for proper documentation and maintaining productivity. There may be opportunities for sales activities, and meeting set targets will be expected. Please note that this is a full-time position.
