TASQ Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting call center agents in Cebu City.

For the March 25, 2024 Batch, we are looking for individuals who are senior high school graduates with 6 months of BPO experience or 4-year degree holders without BPO experience. Good to excellent English communication skills are required, and the work will be on-site in Cebu City.

For the March 22, 2024 Batch, we are seeking registered nurses, with or without BPO experience, who have good to excellent English communication skills. The work will be on-site in Cebu City.

For the April 29, 2024 Batch, we are interested in candidates who have completed at least two years of college (4 semesters with no back subjects, regardless of HS curriculum) and have at least 1 year of call center experience. Excellent English communication skills are required, and the work will be on-site in Cebu City.

The available position is for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist customers through various channels such as phone calls, chats, and emails. This includes addressing customer needs, following company and client procedures and policies, clarifying information, providing suitable solutions, building rapport with customers, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting established targets.

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including HMO coverage from day one, a 20%-night differential, allowances, and incentives. Specific salary details will be discussed directly with the client.
