Our client company is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage all aspects of electrical maintenance including day-to-day and long term electrical, electronic and optimization needs to ensure quality work and minimal downtime in a safe and efficient manner for the sawmill.

You must be willing to:
Supervise/coordinate/plan/oversee day-to-day and long-term electrical maintenance of the sawmill
Perform/responsible for PLC programming.
Collect information from various sources (employees/vendors) to ensure that the appropriate parts/materials are on site in order to accomplish the required tasks
Plan daily electrical maintenance including filling out work orders/distributing them to the appropriate personnel
Reviews downtime to determine causes/prevention
Train electricians/new employees

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY):
High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of high production sawmills
3-4 years experience in the electrical maintenance field
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Have excellent time management/organizational/problem-solving skills
