IDEO, LP seeks Visual Communication Design Lead in Cambridge, MA:

Job Duties: Lead the visual communication design process collaborating with design researchers, industrial designers, business designers and interaction designers to develop and execute holistic design programs for clients. Produce designs for brands from foundation to expression in service of a diverse portfolio of client partnerships. Design communications and deliverables by translating client needs and strategy into visuals, writing and other media. Develop design collateral that is concise and compelling for brands, including strategic foundation development to visual identity systems and expressions. Telecommuting permitted. Salary: $119,500 to $130,000.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or a related design field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position.

Special Skill Requirements: at least one year of experience in each of the following skills: 1. Branding Design; 2. Design Research and Strategy; 3. Art Direction; 4. Project Management; 5. Illustration; 6. Packaging Design; 7. Data Visualization; 8. Adobe Creative Suite; 9. Figma; and, 10. Glyphs. Telecommuting permitted.
