Description

We are a a Gibraltar-based crypto asset brokerage, catering to B2C and B2B customers in the UK and Europe seeking a secure and user-friendly platform for digital asset investments and trading. We seek an experienced Technical Lead Developer with strong fullstack .NET and NodeJs experience to join our small but dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our cryptoasset exchange platform, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless integration of new technologies.

Requirements

Based in Europe - MANDATORY

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for teams of 5+ people - MANDATORY

Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks, NodeJS, and TypeScript - MANDATORY

Experience of React/ Angular Frontend - MANDATORY

Crypto/blockchain commercial experience - MANDATORY

Experience with RESTful APIs and web socket connections.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good communication skills.

Ability to lead and inspire a team.

Strong tech project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using .NET and NodeJS (TypeScript) for backend development and React/Angular (TypeScript) for frontend.

Convert outcome statements from the product team into technical specifications for the engineering team and ensure the defined outcomes are delivered

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in blockchain and crypto technology.

Complete the transformation of our existing system into a microservices architecture.

Integrating our existing system with a new crypto exchange platform.
